The Culinary Discovery We love to remember the Melting Pot, a winter tale in an old coin mint. But now as the summer has arrived we prepare our entourage for a new journey. We leave our homes for an obscure destination on the shore of the river. A sparkling reunion with friends whilst meeting new friends. A phenomenon created by a sushi pioneer and a chef de cuisine full of wanderlust.
