THE CAFÉ EXPERIENCE

We’re already a few weeks into our latest adventure and we have to say it feels so good to be back in Berlin! We had a blast at the pre-opening of the new concept mall Bikini Berlin where catering experts Kofler & Kompanie hosted the event with German stars such as Ralf Herforth and Joko Winterscheidt. Since then it’s almost like we’re on holiday, with our wonderful panoramic wild life view of the zoo and with patrons and friends stopping by for a BEE STING or a SOPHISTICATED LION. It’s an urban zoo, indeed! PLEASE THE ANIMAL WITHIN We think modern day eating is about making food and drinks for the adventurous, the creative, and the just plain hungry: Fresh paninis like the URBAN PANDA, a daily changing menu and homemade lemonades. A taste of pure nature! ICE ICE BABY Try a TEDOX! – An herbal infusion with china sencha, stinging nettle, mate, lemongrass, ginger and lemon verbena. Made by our Berlin partner 5 cups and some sugar and served hot & steamy at EVOLUTION.
