We promised in Frankfurt that we would return to Berlin with a whole new concept – the time has come! We found a new temporary habitat in the city where it all began: a building born with a mission in 1955 – to embody reconstruction, a new beginning and an expression of freedom. EVOLUTION by Pret A Diner is a contribution to the concept of modern day eating based on our passion to create delicious food to delight diners around the world. We present a fine menu of culinary vitality complemented by fresh juices and homemade lemonades by Stephan Hinz. The journey begins – with a pure taste of nature. No reservation.
